Greenhouse Beauties!!

We wanted to share with you some of the beautiful flowers we captured at the Rockefeller Park Greenhouse in University Circle. We joined the Cleveland Photographic Society!

Lotts of designs has joined the Cleveland Photographic Society! As part of the society we get to participate in many fun photo contests with other photographers in our area as well as other City Photographic Societies. We have the opportunity to explore hidden treasures in our city and and become a part of something great.

                        

Here's a sneak peak of an image we were able to capture at the Cleveland Greenhouse in University Circle. This place is great to visit and Free! If you are looking for a nice place in town to visit and enjoy some beautiful nature, the greenhouse is the place to go!

A Milestone Blessing

Grandma Lott recently celebrated a milestone! She turned 80 years old! To honor her, I created a special card that would capture her tenured beauty. This card is vintage pink and gold themed.

        

To create this card I used the Sew Ribbon tool by We are Sew Easy to punch holes on the pink shimmery card stock, looped pink ribbon through and layered the paper on the card. I used some glittery foam letters and used my shimmery gold gel pen to tie in the card stock color. I also found a sticker I had left over from a previous scrapbooking project and placed it, and wrote over it with pink to tie all the colors together.



All together, using what I had, I was able to create a simply beautiful card for a very special lady! Sometimes it is better to reuse and recycle then purchase new craft supplies. It allows for more creativity and thinking out of the box. The recipient will appreciate the time spent and the thoughtful labor.  ^_^

Senior Photo shoot!

Shannon's senior year is approaching a bittersweet end. We went out on a warm October day for her senior photo shoot at the quaint town in Olmsted Falls.

We had so much fun capturing her beauty and fun personality. She is a top student in her class and an athlete. These are some of the shots we chose for her proof in the park, on a train and in her volleyball gear and we look forward to track season coming soon!
